We’re looking for local skills

We’re looking for local skills

We’re really excited about the Tugby Tower project and would like to get local businesses involved whenever possible.

The tower of the Tugby Church needs a new roof, which will involve structural repairs of the medieval timbers and masonry.

The appointed architect on the Tugby Tower project will be co-ordinating an assessment of the Expressions of Interest and the project team would like to give local contractors the opportunity to put a bid. This is a Heritage Lottery Fund financed project of roughly £180k and the usual visibility of tender rules apply.

As ever with these things time is of the essence. Please email project team member Ian Guyler with your details by 31st May 2016, and he’ll forward information on to the architect, Carl Andrews of Soul Architects.
